Soul Source GRS dilators have been developed in conjunction with a leading surgeon to help transgender women following Genital Reassignment Surgery (GRS). Our GRS vaginal dilators are recommended by surgeons throughout the world.

• These dilators are made of rigid polyurethane, being stable from -49 degrees to +158 degrees Fahrenheit. They may be chilled if being used for post-surgical swelling, or used at room temperature.

• Our dilators are tapered and feature comfortable grips to help with insertion. There are also markings on the dilators that help to determine the depth of insertion during use to measure a woman’s progress.  The dilators may be chilled to aid with post-surgical swelling or used at room temperature.

• Available in 6 sizes from smallest (P1) to largest (size4) GRS vaginal dilators can be purchased individually or in sets. All orders include a complimentary storage pouch.

  • Size #P1 (violet) 9" length x 7/8" diameter (229 x 22mm)
  • Size #P2 (orange) 9" length x 1" diameter (229 x 25mm)

• Any water-based or natural oil lubricant designed for sexual activity can be used with our dilators. DO NOT use any silicone-based lubricant, especially with the silicone dilators. Apply generous amount on a woman's vulva and on the dilator, to help with insertion.

• Consult your physician regarding insertion technique and dilation frequency.

Cleaning Instructions: 

• Wash the dilators with warm water and mild soap. Pat dry and allow to fully air dry before storing them.
• GRS dilators can be stored in the supplied storage pouch.
• Never soak your dilators in alcohol or sterilizing solutions containing alcohol, especially with the rigid plastic or GRS dilators.
• GRS and Rigid Plastic dilators can NEVER be boiled or autoclaved.
